After a devastating <\/span>electrical fire<\/span><\/a> in December 2023 left the Dollar Tree store in ruins, Move Junk stepped in to restore the premises over the course of one week in January.<\/span><\/p>\n

The fire caused extensive smoke damage, leading the City to condemn the structure. Move Junk’s comprehensive services included the removal and disposal of all inventory, shelving, checkout counters, warehouse items, and two refrigeration units. In adherence to environmental regulations, Move Junk ensured the proper capture and disposal of freon from the refrigeration units. Additionally, a significant portion of non-food items were recycled in partnership with <\/span>Baltimore Recycling Center<\/span><\/a>, further demonstrating Move Junk’s commitment to sustainable practices.<\/span><\/p>\n
